Policy on Using the Computers in the PAR

To log into a computer in the room:
• Select user "TCNJ AAA #" where # represents which computer you are on.
• Enter the password listed on the bulletin board next to the computers.
• Hit enter. You will then log into the computer.

To access "TCNJ AAA Admin" talk to the AAA webmaster/webmistress. No one else has the password. No one else will be given the password.

To find out information on the five computers in the PAR, click the computer name to the left. This will show the information below the list.

Of the five computers, it is prefered you not use AAA 3 and AAA 4 so that these could be kept as a reference point for the other computers.

Here are some things to remember about the computers:
• DO NOT leaves files on the computer. They will be deleted.
• DO NOT install new programs on the computer. You should not even have the power to install a program. If you need a program installed, e-mail « webmaster at tcnj dot edu ».
• DO NOT change the settings on the computer, including the homepage or background.

If any of these rules are broken the password on that computer will be changed and no one will be informed of the new password. The password will be reset only at the beginning of each sememster. To log onto that computer will require the webmaster/webmistress.

Remember, it took several days to get the computers to this point. Disregarding of the policy will not be tolerated. This is the homepage of every PAR computer for a reason. You have no excuse to why you could have ruined one of our older computers.
