General Board Meeting Minutes

Hello everyone!

We hope you enjoyed last night's meeting as we learned what we know - and what we didn't know - about Asia. Through a trivia game, with Cranium style questions we learned different facts about culture, the history and the food of Asia with bursts of laughter along the way. Thank you again for coming out and joining us!

As always, I have minutes for all of you!

Shadowing: Shadowing is going to begin soon. If you are interested in becoming more involved in AAA by applying for an eboard or ecomm position, shadowing is going to begin soon! This allows you to know what goes behind an event, a position, etc. If you are interested email our president at tim.falcone@tcnjaaa.org.

Hot Pot Night: Hot Pot Night is this Saturday, February 27th! From 7pm to 9 pm, join us at Hausdoerffer Main Lounge for friends and food! Admission is only $2 so we hope to see, and eat with you, there!

Multicultural Buffet: Mystique is approaching so in order to kick it off we'll be hosting a Multicultural Buffet next Wednesday, March 3rd from 7 pm to whenever the food goes! A variety of Asian food will be available for only $3 a dish. Bubble tea is only $1.

As always, we need a lot of help for the buffet. If you want to help with set up, serving or clean up contact kevin.chen@tcnjaaa.org with your name and how you wish to help. Set up is from 5:30 pm to 7pm. Serving is from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Cleanup will start at 10 pm. Please note that those who help will only need to pay $2.

Semiformal: Something to look forward to, our spring semiformal is officially going to be on April 30th! While it is still months, semiformal are looking for people who are interested in helping! Keep in mind that you get discounts when you help. If you're interested fill out the following form. If you cannot open it, email our semiformal chairs at semiformal@tcnjaaa.org.

Bollywood: Tomorrow is ISA's Bollywood night event starting at 8:30 pm in BSC 202 E and W! The night's event will include live music from DJ Damage, performance by TCNJ Saathiya, food and dancing! It is completely free but dress attire is traditional or semiformal so stop by and enjoy yourself!
