General Board Meeting Minutes
March 31st, 2010
Hello AAA-ers!
We hope everyone had fun on Wednesday's general board meeting! With all the food, games and friends, de-stressing was no problem!
So, let's get to business. Here are the announcements for this week:
Pan Asian Formal: Our spring semiformal is coming up soon! It will be held at Colonial Hall in Levittown, PA on Friday, April 30th from 7 to 11PM. Everyone is welcome to come so you can invite your friends and celebrate the end of the semester! Tickets are on sale now until Aprial 16th. It is $25 per person and you can purchase a ticket by contacting our semiformal chairs, Amy Lam and Eunice Cuyos at semiformal@tcnjaaa.org.

Election Schedule: Next Wednesday are nominations for eboard! However, if you're interested in applying for ecomm or running for eboard you will have the chance to shadow our meetings. This Monday, April 5th, we invite you to our ecomm meeting and observe how they are run; you will also have the chance to ask any questions. The time still has to be determined so watch out for emails for more details!
After nominations, Wednesday, April 14 will be elections for eboard. If you have any questions about the election process or if you want to know more about the positions on AAA you can email the secretary at nicole.magno@tcnjaaa.org.
Mystique t-shirts: T-shirts are still on sale for $10! If you want to purchase a shirt contact Jen Hurler at jen.hurler@tcnjaaa.org and give her your name and size.
Mystique Dvd Preorder: Mystique dvds are coming out for $10 a copy. You can preorder a dvd by contacting Stephanie Cuono atstephanie.cuono@tcnjaaa.org. However, you will need to see her in person since preorders will not be accepted unless it is paid for so have the money on you!
