General Board Meeting Minutes
April 7th, 2010
Hello everyone!
Hope you enjoyed the ice cream social and learned a little from our ECAASU presentation! There's a lot going on so we're going right into announcements!
Eboard Nominations: Wednesday night was nominations! For the nominees, attached are the eboard applications and recommendations. Appliactions are due this Sunday, midnight and recommendations are due on Tuesday midnight. Email them to the secretary atnicole.magno@tcnjaaa.org. The following is a list of the positions and the nominees who are running for it:
- President: Kevin Chen, Anushcka Bhatia
- Vice President of Public Relations: Amy Lam
- Vice President of International Affairs: Jennifer Hurler, Abby Nanquil
- Treasurer: Calvin Woo

Pan Asian Formal: We are having our Pan Asian Formal on April 30th from 7pm to 11 pm! Celebrate the end of the semester with dinner, dancing and fun with friends! This semester's formal will take place in Colonial Hall in Levittown, PA from 7 to 11 pm. Rides will be provided!

Pan Asian Field Day: On April 24th from 2pm to 6 pm, we will be having a Pan Asian Field Day! Join us for a day of fun and friends as we enjoy the games that we dearly miss from yesteryears - ultimate frisbee, relay races, balloon fights and more! Save the date and get ready because we're going to be playing with other Pan Asian clubs as well!
Mama Floras: We will be having a Mama Floras fundraiser next Thursday, April 15th from 5 pm to 9 pm. You can either order out or dine in and a percentage of the profits will go to AAA! However, we strongly encourage everyone to dine in so that Mama Floras is not bombarded by a lot of calls.
Mystique dvds/t-shirts: Mystique items are still on sale! If you want to preorder a dvd for $10 you can contact our Mystique chair atstephanie.cuono@tcnjaaa.org. The deadline is today though and you need the money on you if you want to preorder! Mystique shirts are also still on sale for $10 and you can contact our publicity chair at jen.hurler@tcnjaaa.org.
Printer: For those who are using the printer, please keep in mind that it is a great priveledge to have one in the PAR. Do not print an abundance of papers or leave what you printed at the desk. This only makes mess and kills trees so please be friendly when using the printer!
Food Ban: The PAR has been a mess lately with trash on the floor and under the furniture so there will be a food ban until April 14th. Please help keep the PAR clean!
